We were able to bring the resource usage under control by not opting for ‘view’ audit however while deploying the exe on prod this time  - I ran into below error.
Can you elaborate?

Please note that we have stopped the Log Binder services for now but let us know when are you planning to fix the issue.

This is normally the result when the server LOGbinder is installed on can't reach the syslog server.  First, let's make sure it's not an issue with the Syslog-CEF output. Can you disable the Syslog-CEF output?  Then, for testing purposes, enable the Syslog-LEEF or Syslog-Generic output?  Use the same IP address and port in the settings for the syslog server.  Then click on the test button and see if you receive the same error.  

1. If you do, then there is an issue with the network between the Syslog server and the server LOGbinder is installed on.  
2. If you do not receive an error then please click on File then Options and set "Logging Level" to 1.  Replicate the error and then go to C:\ProgramData\LOGbinder SP.  Zip/compress all of the *.log files.  Then click on the Support tab at the top of this page and click on the "Submit Ticket" button and create a ticket, or just click here.  There is an option at the bottom of the form to send us the log files.

As soon as your ticket is open (assuming #2 above is needed) we will review the logs and get back to you.

Thanks for the logs. We have removed them to protect your privacy.
Unfortunately, the logs didn't capture the error you were describing. Please start the LOGbinder service again with logging level 1, wait until the error occurs, and send the logs again in a support ticket.
